I guess it's just part of racing but it cost Jeff big time,,5 spots in the point standing over 300 points behind first.....If I had been in Jeffs shoe's I wouldn't have been so polite in that interview, but oh well I guess payback will be a you know what.... But Tony's move was no more bonehead than what has been going on all year. Especially what the Hendricks drivers-EXCLUDING GORDON Luke, have been doing in the Busch and Cup... [/ QUOTE ] How many times after a wreck have you ever heard Dale JR explode and pretty much say that the next time he sees the guy on the track, hes going to bump or crash him out of the way?? Maybe he has, or maybe he hasnt, but I personally have never seen him go off like that after a wreck. He always seems pretty calm and collected when I see him get interviewed. Jeff just blew off like a 10 year old who had his chocolate bar stolen from him. I just dont understand how you cant see anything wrong with his comment. But hey, if you could....remind me of the last time JR threatened to crash somebody on the track and the last time he blew up and blamed somebody else for an accident....I'd appreciate it. Im not trying to start nothing, I'm just curious as to what you heard that I didnt. Anyways, what does a Jeff Gordon/Tony Stewart accident have anything to do with Dale Jr? Vermonthunter?? I can see that there's no point in this discussion because what ever is said it's still going to be Gordons fualt and he's just whinning,,,,I'll just wait for the next instance when it's a DEI car and do what there fans do just call the drivers a bunch of whinners.... Look guy's I was just trying to get a take on Tony's train of thought on that incident,,it seemed like he had matured out of the over agressive driving but I guess not..... I didn't think this was going to be an oppertunity for all of the Gordon haters to go off on a route of their own.... ,,,,,,and for those of you that think Gordon was holding up Stewart look at the replays the whole top side of the track was open,,everyone else didn't seem to have a problem passing high... [/ QUOTE ] Yup, I agree with Mr. VH He does make his point. Look, what Gordon said was not as bad as some of you made it out to be. And at least when Gordon wrecks somebody, he says its his fault. When he wrecked Busch, he said it was his fault, and apologized. I dont understand why people hate Gordon so much, the guy is the best driver in Nascar right now, Statistic wise. Nobody can argue that point. And VH was right, there were plenty of passes high that race, so why couldnt dear old tony just pass high? Listen peeps, when Jr. gets wrecked, the Jr. Fans get hot, well when Gordon gets wrecked, us Gordon fans get a little hot as well. Its part of being a fan, give me a day, and ill be good old MH1. Hhahahahaha too bad I gotta get in this one. I am Gordon fan and JJ heck I like Hendricks... I haven't seen or heard Gordon Whine in a long time. He did his first and second year, but he hasn't of late. Now everyone has gotten upset with JJ's bumps and grinds, but when it's Gordon getting put in the wall, its a big laugh. Why I have no idea. If Gordon put Jr in the wall it would be a sin. I believe everyone is happy with the wreck because Gordon is the best nascar driver out there. It might not show in points this year, but it sure in the heck does in Championships he has won. So I'll laugh at people who are happy with the #24 being put in the wall. Because they know he's better than their driver ever will be. I can see everyone here hates JJ, not all but probably most. You all get mad and say how JJ is a baby, and is a dangerous driver. He puts people in the wall, but when it comes to someone else like Tony "mental case bad attitude man he is" put someone else like Grodon in the wall you all ignore it. If they had more spoiler I don't think that wreck happens. (I could say if Gordon had skills he would have saved it but I won't go there! ) Tony should have been a little more patient though. I think Gordon's interview was respectful. He's pissed and I can't blame him. Curious as to where he might retaliate though... big tracks coming up on the schedule the next few weeks. They will probably get it worked out before Pocono. I wouldn't call Gordo a whiner after that but it was cool to see him pissed of after eating the outside wall! BTW...
