Guest Andrea
Been scanning the net for rv campsites and they all sound great. I was wondering if anyone could recommend one in the Tennessee, Georgia, N.Carolina , S. Carolina or Alabama area. Want to take a vacation with the camper but don't want to haul it all the way up there and be disappointed. Want to do some hiking, fishing, rafting, swimming etc. If you could help me out that would be great. Any attractions nearby would be helpful too. Thanks guys. texastrophies
Re: Recommend a campsite?? We stayed in Cherokee North Carolina, there is a lot to do and see in that area. Trail of Tears play, casino, an amusement park (Ghost Town) I think was the name of it. Had to ride a ski lift to get up to the park. Not to far from Charlotte and all of the race teams. Horseback riding, and rafting also. here is a link to a campground there. You can check out the area attractions through it. web page

pa_sportsman
Re: Recommend a campsite?? I know a few people who have camped at Stone Mountain, Georgia and enjoyed it very much. I don't know what amenities are available, but would expect that a website is available.
