horst
Re: Record Yeah, to bad the idiots killed it trying to transport it.Hate to think of a fish being in the river that long being killed because they wanted to put it on display
Guest Andrea
Re: Record Ooooo....I don't think I could've put that joker back in the river if I had caught it. No way.
Squirrelhunter91
Re: Record I would have. I would have taken a pic of it and had a replica made by a taxidermist out of fiberglass.
horst
Re: Record I used to wonder if I could turn a huge fish loose, it wasnt till I turned my first 30 lb flathead loose that I knew it was the right thing to do.Since then Ive turned loose much bigger ones than that. I still remember standing thier on the river arguing with myself about weather to keep it or not, in the end im glad I did, they dont get that big overnight. fisherguy
Re: Record I never keep big fish of any species, they are the breeders. If i catch a world record i can guarantee i will keep it. One, i want the record, and two any record fish will be sterile so i won't feel bad about messing with the breeding pool.
