Guest Andrea
Re: Any of you Okies get blown away last night? Hope everyone is okay. See....that's why I couldn't live there!!! Everytime the wind would blow I would think it was a tornado! Sorry to hear about their roof...hope they have good insurance!
hutchies
Re: Any of you Okies get blown away last night? The wind rarely gets over 70 mph. Given that can really do some damage but where we live is kinda down in a whole so it does not get that bad in here only out on the highway and towards town. Guest Andrea
Re: Any of you Okies get blown away last night? [ QUOTE ] The wind rarely gets over 70 mph. [/ QUOTE ] Well then, I guess that's okay. We had a storm 2 days ago that looked like Ivan ( or the beginnings of) all over again. Killed a grandfather in Navarre. Lightening struck him as he was walking with his granddaughter on the beach.
Gator
Re: Any of you Okies get blown away last night? I had a few limbs down, lost one of my plum trees. Had some tin get blown around, some went south, some went north??? Even had a coon trap blown of my mower lean to, along with a rope, thought that was kinda weird

Jeramie
Re: Any of you Okies get blown away last night? Na. We finally got a little rain. That is about the 3-4 storm to come through in 10 days and we havent gotten much rain out of any of them. We are DRY. Its been pretty good for the fishing but hard on everything else. It got a little nasty but nothing compared to our usual spring weather.

MCH
Re: Any of you Okies get blown away last night? I think it got a little worse the further south it went. I think we had a few tornado touchdowns according to our scanner. Supposedly, there's chicken house out my direction that the tallest thing left standing are the chickens that the storm left behind...
