Thinking of a new bow. Reflex??

Been thinking of getting a new bow for awhile now seeing as how I am without one for the time being, I had an old PSE but I was tired of fooling with it, it was quite outdated, anyhoo, I've been looking at the Reflex Excursion package in the new Bass Pro Archery catalog and am seriously contemplating getting one, the only drawback, if I don't like it, then I gotta send it back. I was in Dick's today and they had a couple Reflex Grizzlies for 399.00 all tricked out, it is similar to the Excursion only about 4 inches longer axle to axle, the only thing I didn't like was at the top of the grip where it sticks out, it digs into my thumb knuckle when I pull back, so, I can imagine the discomfort if I had to hold back for awhile. I also picked up a Fred Bear, can't remember the model, for 250.00, that felt pretty nice but kinda plain if you ask me, they have Parker's and Martin's there also but I haven't heard anything really good about those bows. I'm really stuck on the Reflex, I think it's the design that sells me on it.

Reflex lists as a dealer a place not far from here that my buddy got his PSE from, one of these days I might have to drive out there and see if he has the Excursion, if the grip is anything like the Grizzly I most likely won't get it, I'll have to take a glove with me so I can see if that dulls the digging in to my knuckle any. I'll probably just get another PSE though. confused.gif
