Tominator
Re: releases I've always used a relax trigger release. I just like the idea of letting go of the string as opposed to pulling a trigger. I've used a Winn in the past, and I now use a TruFire Xcaliper. Tony
Re: releases i use a Carter One Shot wriststrap caliper release for hunting and several differant kinds of BT releases for competition.. the reason i use the Carter One Shot is because the trigger is so crisp.. no travel at all. plus it has a lifetime waranty on it.. AaronS
Re: releases I've been shooting Tru Ball releases for several years. They're ultra smooth, great quality, and just feel right for me. I've been using the Tornado for quite a while, and just recently picked up a Cyclone.
TreeWalker
Re: releases Got to the pro shop and try a TruBall....you won't want to shoot anything after that......the pull on the trigger is smooth through out the whole motion....no "hill" or "edge" to break over to make the release let go.......as smooth and user freindly as you'll ever find.... HarvDog
Re: releases I'm using an older "borrowed" (thanks madhuntinpastor) Tru Fire release right now. Trying to determine if I would prefer the trigger or relax release method. So...I may pick up a Tru Fire X-Caliper which can be adjusted for pull or relax firing.
