Strut10
Anybody ever use them?? Comments good or bad?? They look to be well made..........thick blades.....1 1/2" cut........and they are considerably less expensive than all the rest. I think they have a money back guarantee on 'em, too. Just wondered if anybody's used them??

PAbowhunter4life
Re: Cabela\'s Lazer Strike mechanicals?? I would not hesitate to use them. They are a Rocket Sidewinder sold under the Cabela's name, all of Cabela's heads are made by Rocket Aeroheads, and you know what type of head Rockets are
too_pointer
Re: Cabela\'s Lazer Strike mechanicals?? Do they use the rubber o-rings to keep them closed ? I would like to find some good ones that don't. too_

PAbowhunter4life
Re: Cabela\'s Lazer Strike mechanicals?? If you are looking for a good mechanical head that requires no o rings, try the Rocky Mt. Gator XP. No O-Rings what so ever and it offers a 2" cutting diameter. Best of all, it opens no matter what, regardless of shot angle as well. Even though it's a 2" cutting diameter, it doesn't take any KE to open the blades. You can also try the Grim Reapers, G5 Tekan II, NAP Spitfire, NAP Scorpion XP, and so forth. There are a TON of mechanical heads that don't require O-Rings on the market

[/ QUOTE ] Please elaborate if you would. I've been using fixed blade heads forever and was thinking of trying a mechanical. I have ZERO first-hand experience with them.
