Guest antlers21
I do not know, I have heard that you can get it with straight, offset, or helical.
MUDRUNNER
Re: shrink fletch I have a dozen or so arrows that I put the Extreme shrink fletch on.Mine are straight, but I think all you have to do is twist the shrink tube before it tightens on the arrow shaft to get a helical fletch.I haven't had a chance to shoot them as much as I would like to,but they seem to be holding up to my whisker biscuit just fine so far. cjsportsman
Re: shrink fletch I tried them and wasn't too impressed. Followed the directions to the letter. When I shot into the bag the fletching ended up half way down the shaft. I noticed some moisture on the shaft where they were before the shot. I guess the moisture was trapped when shrinked. Guest KSNimrod
Re: shrink fletch cjsportsman, was that right after you'd done them or had they set a while? I'm thinking of trying some out and was wondering if I should let them set overnight before shooting.
cjsportsman
Re: shrink fletch I had let them sit for an hour or so.
Guest tyshe17
Re: shrink fletch I have heard some bad stories from customers on them...like the old heat shrink, some have had trouble with bubbles, and there fletching going to the end of the arrow like cjsportsman said
tedicast
Re: shrink fletch I'll stick with doing it the old way! At least in a jig you know your offset, or helical is consistent from one arrow to another.
