MCH
Well, I guess I got your attention... Seriously, has anyone heard the rumor about A-rod and Jeter getting into a tussle in the locker room?? It's floating around a few of the boards and even some sports rumor mills. Push comes to shove, A-rod wouldn't stand a chance against Mr. Yankee. He could probably beat the crap outta Jeter, but Jeter will be a Yankee til the day he dies. A-rod will always go where the money's at. JimT
Re: A-rod to the Marlins! I cannot stand A-Rod....I would like to just see him go away. Period. He is a load, and Jeter is a class act. A-Rod would definatly go before Jeter I would have to believe also.

[/ QUOTE ] I don't know, the Dodgers, Angels, and the Mets could afford it. And you've also got to take into account that if traded, Steinbrenner would probably be taking a healthy chunk of that 250...
VABuckSlayer
Re: A-rod to the Marlins! I can't imagine that trade but it would definately be A-Rod before Jeter. Your not going to trade your team captain. If A-Rod was more important than Jeter then he would be playing SS not 3B. Eric
Tominator
Re: A-rod to the Marlins! I never thought A-rod was a good fit with the Yanks. He just doesn't seem the old A-rod since he's at 3rd.
Squirrelhunter91
Re: A-rod to the Marlins! I hope we get rid of A-Rod. Everyone ever notice that every team that A-rod leaves, they get better? [*]Seattle, once A-rod was gone they hit a hot streak and now look at Texas. [*] Texas leads the AL Central.
Guest MizzouHunter6
Re: A-rod to the Marlins! One of my friends was the batboy for the Yanks when they came in town. He told me A-Rod was the rudest person in the dugout. Any of you guys know that it states in his contract when the Yanks travel he must stay in the NICEST hotel room out of all the other players? Doesnt suprise me. Jeter...now he is a real class act. Face of baseball in my eyes.
