Tominator
Tom and I got to check out a new plot of land courtesy of muggs, a.k.a. Eric. This property is a 25 acre parcel and butts up to a state park on at least 2 sides that we could see with a resevoir on the back side (can you say funnel?) We got there early and didn't see any deer in the one field, but we saw 3 in the next field. The property is split by a nice creek and has a small set of woods adjacent to the resevoir. I snapped a couple pictures: This is the 2nd field where we saw the deer. This view is looking back towards the resevoir with the creek on the right. We estimated this field to be about 12 acres in size. Here's my two fellow scouters, Tom on the left, and Eric hiding behind a sweet truck, on the right. muggs
Re: This Morning\'s Sojourn can you say bump! Sorry guys, had to respond to this one. It's was a perfect morning, and the land turned out to be pretty nice, I was a little worried I might be wasting Tom and Chris' time. Tom and Chris, no problem on the invite, now hopefully we can pull a few deer of the land. Oh and I'll get that permission in writing to you at a later date. J.B. nice call on the "fat guy in a little coat"! Can't believe you remembered that one
