I was thinking about getting the 22-250 but after getting this I think it would be a waste for the average groundhog slayer. Ohh and we put the Weaver 4-16x scope and I also love that set-up. The only benefits the .22 caliber has is it does not heat up as fast due to less powder and the barrel walls will be slightly thicker since the bore is smaller.
