archerjg
I finally broke down and spent the money and got a Trophy Taker Shaky Hunter. It was the best money I ever spent. My groups have improved tremendously over the old NAP Centerrest. I have a little more fine tuning to do, but with the arrows that I shot tonight I had two touching almost everytiem aand the third between a 1/2" and an 1" away. I would definately buy this rest again and recommend this rest. Archerjg

Smitteken
Re: New Rest I'm contemplating between this rest and a few others. Does it have a way to hold the arrow on? Did you get the one with microadjust? Where can a get a good deal? I think mountain-archery.com has them for 65.00, but that one doesn't have micro adjust. Tominator
Re: New Rest Yep, I have the same rest, and I'm totally happy with it. It froze on me one time while hunting in single digit weather, but when I got home I gave it a little squirt of WD40 and it's been fine ever since. Great rest. cjsportsman
Re: New Rest I put a TT on my Vtec. I had problems with center shot because the shakey arm was contacting the side of the arrow shelf. Its because of the way that Hoyt designed the arrow shelf for the Vtec, alittle narrow. I went back to my QAD Ultra rest...no problems

Smitteken
Re: New Rest tedicast, I've seen that thread before and was sold on the VBG. But there are alot of other good rests and each one has their high points. I think I'm leaning towards the VBG again. Does anyone want to try and dissaude me? HeviShot
Re: New Rest I bought a UltraRest.I like it because I'm new to bow hunting and I don't have to worry about my arrow falling off.
