Guest coop2564
Re: question Penatration does it for me. Muzzy's and Montec's are tops on my list. Any broadhead will kill on perfect broadside shots. But when a shot goes bad due to string jumping or that unseen limb and you hit shoulder or a big bone you got to have a tip that will get her done. maddhunter
Re: question I use G5 Montecs but would use any cut on contact head that is sturdy and flies good out of my setup. I also like the G5 Tekan2 machanicals, they are a cut on contact head also.
Guest Finn
Re: question I have used Muzzy 3 blade 125 grains and Magnus Stinger 4 blades with good success. This year, I'm using Rocket Steelheads. Many will do the job, just make sure it flies well with your setup.

PAbowhunter4life
Re: question I'll be shooting Slick Trick 100's this fall. Check out their test results on 5shots page. Not only do they fly like darts, but I have purposely ABUSED a Slick Trick and aside from a few small pieces of dirt in the blade slots you wouldn't even be able to tell it was used. Other heads I have done this to had bent or broken tips or blades that bent or broke as well. For the record, my arrows weigh 406 grains, and are moving at 280 fps from a 70 lb. Mathews so I am producing about 70 lb. of KE and these heads are the TOUGHEST, hands down, co comparison. Even though this is classified as a small head, don't let it full you. Nothing about the 4 bladed 1 1/8" cutting diameter is small, trust me www.slicktrick.net
Guest thegoat273
Re: question Buddy I dont know if you can be told what broadheads would be best, only what has worked for others. I shoot Rocket steelheads 100g. It is a mechanical broadhead. I shoot it because it flies like my field point and I personally saw it blow out a shoulder of a big buck. I love em and doubt I will ever switch. Good luck. Shoot straight.
