preacherman
Re: ATV\'s have had some friends who really like the little Yamaha Bruin 350............not a bad price for an automatic machine and you can also purchase them in 4wd for not much more money either! double_H
Re: ATV\'s my neighbour runs an atv repair shop. He drives a polaris but told me, if you can find a Honda 300, buy it. Last forever, easy and cheap to repair, dependable, sealed rear end. So I found one and love it. Only downfall i could see is if a big man had to haul and elk it might be too small. I also have a 1984 Honda 4trax (2wd) and it still runs like a top. You won't go wrong with a Honda.

Bow Hunter Derek
Re: ATV\'s I have a '03 Honda Rancher 350 4x4 w/ the electronic shift. I love the thing. I was a little unsure about the ES, but (knock on wood) it has never given me a problem. Great machine with pleanty of power. My only complaint is that it is red and I would have preferred green. But when you get the deal that I got on buying a barely used machine, color is not as significant of an issue.

JimT
Re: ATV\'s I have a rancher 350 and am more than happy with it. It is not an automatic though. The Bruin would probably suit you well if you must have an auto.
BoDice
Re: ATV\'s I have also heard good things of the Bruin's.... My son bought his wife the 250 cc model last year.... it's a small machine but very adequate for her! It steers easily and has decent speed. If I was going to buy the 350cc I would recommend going ahead with the 4x4!!! Be Good! "Bo" ....
texastrophies
Re: ATV\'s Honda's are good as long as you don't have to stop in a hurry. Their brakes leave a little to be desired. The best thing to do is take some time, go to the different dealers and test ride the machines and then decide on the one that you like the best. Asking on here is real similar to asking CHEVY or ford. You will get a lot of opinion with a little bit of fact mixed in. By the way, BUY KAWASAKI
Guest gastj
Re: ATV\'s We have a 8 wheeled ARGO. It goes anywhere on land and WATER ! It has plenty of room (6)and with 18h.p. commercial Briggs parts are easy. They are surely more pricey, but this is usually long time investment, so it was worth it to us. Did I mention it floats. I actually just tried a 6h.p. outboard yesterday on the pond and it fly's for small rig.
