From what I heard today..Biffle was complaining that Harvick was trying to keep him a lap down, by not letting him get the lucky dog pass. Sorenson was the leader and Harvick and Biffle were the first two cars a lap down........Harvick caught Sorenson but didnt pass him so that when a caution came out, he would get the lucky dog and Biffle wouldnt. Thats good strategy if you ask me..........It seems as though thats what it takes to win races anymore. I just think Biffle is mad because he wouldnt be smart enough to think to do that. Anyways, at the end Harvick and Biffle were in 1st and 2nd and Harvick drove away from Biffle to win....how does Biffle figure his car was faster? Couldn't believe what a wuss Biffle was to even make the statements he made on TV like that. Be a man and confront the guy you have issues with....especially when you're not sure of the circumstances. Definitely a pansy. In my opinion.......the only racing series that you can make a legitimate arguement on a better driver is the IROC series where all the cars are built exactly the same by the same people. I really don't know where you guys got this Gordon whiner bit from but I have watch him race since his rookie days and have never sen him whine about anything,,,,,maybe had some lagitament gripes but so haven't most drivers,,,,,,but to included him in the same catagory with Biffle and Johnson becuase someone wouldn't pull over and let him go by is a bit much wouldn't you say........ LOL, Vermonthunter.....I know your a die hard Gordon fan and try your hardest to stick up for him....But come on.......Ask any Nascar fan that isnt a die hard Jeff Gordon fan and almost every single one of them will tell you hes a whiner. Now I know its an opinion, but I have a very difficult time agreeing with you when everybody i talk to that isnt a fan of his tells me what a whiner he is too!! But VH, if it is true you have watched Jeff as a rookie, you weren't paying attention to well. He whined a lot his first few years. I had to program him out of my scanner it was so annoying. At times, Ray wouldn't even respond to him. But, as we all know, he's matured and been a great contributor to the sport and is pretty laid back for the most part IMO. Hopefully JJ will follow suit, but it sure doesn't seem like it right now! Him and Chad both have that same sort of whining voice that drives me nuts. Thank God for the mute button...lol! But this thread is about Biffle. He surprised me with his remarks and is lucky Kevin wasn't there to hear them. I really used to enjoy watching Greg race but I'm noticing now that he's having success in Cup, he almost acts spoiled when things don't go right or he's not the one winning the race. Hopefully he'll remember where he came from and start being a little more respectful. As a driver, he is the best Roush has got right now besides Mark. Now what I consider whining is when a driver week after week get in front of a camera and blames everything that happens on his team or other drivers,,,,kinda like what Johnson has been doing......Honestly now how many times have you heard Jeff get out of his car and openly admitt he just plain screwed up,,I have heard him do this on more than one occassion.... Jeff's litle squeaking voice is definately irratating even for me..... ,,,,and YES NIck I'm a diehard Gordon fan and have an absolute tendacey of defending him to no end..... ,,,,and like you said we all have our opinions and we are definatley intitled to that.....right ???.... ,,but we do have common ground we are NASCAR FANS... I'm sorry you missed his whining but when I went to races he was always had something to whine about on the radio (especially when Ray Everham was his crew chief and those were the dominant winnning years), then he has a couple of whines on TV when interviewed but to be fair, all drivers whine to a certain extent. It's part of racing, some just get labeled "whiners" much quicker than others. Rusty was big for it and now as he's retiring he's refraining from it. Don't get your blood pressure worked up, its all in fun to watch these guys race and see what comes out of their mouths at times. I still think the best move to date was Jimmy Spencer punching Kurt Busch. See what that punch did, it maybe Kurt a champion and helped him become a better person in the sport!
