Guest whitetailarcher
I've recently been getting interested in some photogrophy (of course outdoor stuff), and I was thinking about getting a better camera than the cheap little one I have. I just have no Idea what! I'd like a good camera for beginner, but I also need pretty good zoom. Any suggestions would be great thanks! Bond
Re: camera? I've been looking at the canon S1 IS for a while. It's got a 10x zoom. Manual features like an SLR but still automatic. Kinda more than I need and more than I want to spend, but would be nice if someone would buy it for me.
KTMMIKE
Re: camera? I have the Canon PowerShot S1 IS with 10x optical zoom. It's a great cam for sure. It takes great low light pics. That was important to me since I will use it in the stand this fall. What is an SLR? I don't know if mine has that.
Bond
Re: camera? SLR is just the term for the cameras professionals use. Like the canon digital Rebel SLR and such. The S1 IS isn't an SLR but it's pretty close. You can take nice professional photos like an SLR but it can still easliy take quick shots when you're not being a perfectionist. Lol, I'm talking like I own the camera, that's how much I've been looking at it. Just don't have any money.

Shaun_300
Re: camera? I've got a Kodak EasyShare 5.0 Mega Pixel. It works great and takes some really nice, clear pics. Here's a few I've taken with it.
