Guest RisingSunOutdoors Posted July 16, 2005 Report Share Posted July 16, 2005 We headed down to Buda (TX) to visit the new Cabela's that opened up. The boys loved it! We got to meet Bill Jordan...I have to say one thing about or experence at his table...WOW! I don't know what I expected but I will say that Bill is one of the kindest person I have met!!! He took his time meeting everyone and is a very personalbe man. We told the boys we were going to see Bill and that we were going to try and get one of his autographed pictures...Colby wanted to give Bill one of his. So we printed out a picture of Colby's first deer he killed with a bow and he signed it for Mr. Jordan. We left his table with a feeling we just made a friend. Colby, our nine year old, was happy to met a "famous person" and enjoyed meeting the man who brings Monster Bucks to our living room. Thanks again Bill... I don't send alot of e-mails out but did to Bill and what I got back was very touching. I am so glad that there is a show on that I can let my 4 boys see and not have to keep telling them that this is not how Daddy, Mommy and Pop hunts. Frank.
