thebig1 Posted July 17, 2005 Report Share Posted July 17, 2005 well, its been a while since i've said anything on here. i stop in from time to time just for a few moments. i guess to try and keep my account active. anyway, i was away for a little while. i went down to Elizabethtown, PA to the PA Dept. of Corrections Academy to do some training. I passed the academy with flying colors, (you really have to try and fail), and am now working as a corrections officer at State Correctional Institute Dallas. It's a good job, i just can't get used to all the standing around and doing nothing, i feel as if i'm going to get in trouble for doing it. so now my career is set, but my personal life is crap and is up in the air from day to day. who knows what the future will bring with that. but anyway, i just thought i'd stop in and say hi, and let any of you guys who remember me or have wondered where i was, what i have been up to. as for hunting season, who knows what that will bring. i'm not sure if i'll be going this year or not. i might take a year off to concentrate on things and figure things out as far as where my personal life is going to take me. but anyways, i'll try and stop in more often. take care brothers and sisters. My son just passed his correction academy also a few months ago, so I know a little about what you went through. He is at a facility names Pugsley here in Mi. now, he really enjoys it.
