HarvDog
Here's my photography/video question: I have a video camera...NOT digital (no comments or cracks please...I know I need to get into the 21st century ). Anyway, what options do I have for digitizing video that I have taken with this camera?
dogdoc
Re: Digitizing Video You need to buy a converter made by Dazzle. It runs about 100 bucks. You will plug your AVI cam-corder into the converter with RCA plugs then the converter plugs into your computer with a USB plug. You will then need a program to capture the video. The Dazzle converter that I purchased (which GW has now) came with Pinnacle 8---after captured on the computer you can use Pinnacle to convert it mpeg. Or you can spend 300 to 400 bucks and buy a digital camcorder and your quality will increase quite a bit! todd
