colescott1 Posted July 19, 2005 Report Share Posted July 19, 2005 Have a question for those who make Summer Sausage using the kits that come with the large casings...they hold 3 lbs. Do you repackage into smaller serving sizes before you freeze the cooked sausage, or make a point to finish all 3lbs before the sausage goes bad in the fridge?
