hoyt19
Im going to Wyoming this year in October and have both an antelope and mule deer tag. I will be taking a Ruger 77 in 25.06 with a Lepould VX 1 3x9. I am shooting federal 117gr rounds sighted in dead on at 200 yrds. My question is this: I have no doubt that this load is enough for antelope, but is it big enough to handle a mulie? I know shot placement is key but sometimes your still shooting something to like. What does everyone think?
AJ
Re: 25.06 load for antelope and mule deer Its fine. There is not a deer on this planet that gun will not kill with a properly placed bullet.
