Nick
Re: CHECK YOUR D-LOOPS!!! Yup, I done that to myself last year except i hit myself in the nose. Now I play it safe and draw back on an angle away from my face and then anchor in.

Tominator
Re: CHECK YOUR D-LOOPS!!! Just had mine checked a couple weeks ago. That's quite the shock when you get smacked like that isn't it. My first reaction is to punch something back, but then you realize, "you just smacked yourself, idiot...."

Bow Hunter Derek
Re: CHECK YOUR D-LOOPS!!! I had a D-loop come un-done at about half draw in our Techno leage last winter. (I tied it myself ... go figure) Sent an arrow into the wall above the screen. Scared the crap out of me, broke the arrow, and about gave the shop owner a heart attack. Needless to say, I let the shop owner tie on a new one. No problems since then.
mainebuck
Re: CHECK YOUR D-LOOPS!!! One of the places around here with the techno hunt thing had a guy come in and shoot a broadhead through the screen. They were not pleased. What a bonehead.
