MUDRUNNER
The reality of the CBA.The Blues trade Pronger to Edmonton for Eric Brewer,Doug Lynch, and Jeff Woywitka. I didn't really care for him much, but he has a decent shot and can make the long tape to tape passes, which could be huge this year.
Tominator
Re: Stl. Blues trade Pronger I see all kinds of defenseman made the move last night. I know the Blue Jackets got Adam Foote the other day, that should help them ooooot. The real news of the day is my main man Stevey Y signed for another year. Hope the knee holds ooot. GO WINGS! fisherguy
Re: Stl. Blues trade Pronger Not a wings fan, but glad Steve is back for one more year. Going to hate to see him retire! Pronger is a great defenceman for sure.
MUDRUNNER
Re: Stl. Blues trade Pronger I'm not a Wings fan either, mostly because the Blues never seem to beat them. Stevie Y is a great player and a future hall of famer. He's always fun to watch. [ QUOTE ] Pronger is a great defenceman for sure. [/ QUOTE ] I would think with the Blues being for sale they would have signed him.Seems like the team would be a little easier to get rid of with a top notch defenseman. superguide
Re: Stl. Blues trade Pronger The wings got some real good young guys for him. Another local boy drafted Kris Westbloom in 3rd round to Minnesota-awesome that's three guys in three years from our little town. Can't wait for the puck to drop again.
