Turkeygirl
Well I got this Woolrich Realtree Hardwoods Green jacket for my birthday in February and I've barely worn it; it is still new basically. I just found today when attaching the hood on that one of the snaps on the jacket for the hood was broken off and stuck in the hood button! This really makes my angry and disappointed as I enjoy their clothing because of quality and comfort but this is shocking. I'm sending them an email right now. Has anyone had any problems with their clothing at all?
LifeNRA
Re: Woolrich clothing problem Take it to somebody who can fix it! Shouldn't cost more than about $2-$3. Maybe it was like that when you got it. Maybe not. Wont cost an arm and a leg to fix.
GWSmith
Re: Woolrich clothing problem Other than not being able to fit into my old pants and jacket...no problems here! Of course they did fit great...like when i was 8 years old
ruttinbuc
Re: Woolrich clothing problem I see your point TG. I'd email them as well. Someone paid hard earned money for the jacket and should expect to receive first rate goods for it..
wtnhunt
Re: Woolrich clothing problem Got a pair of woolrich water proof pants from wal mart that are not water proof and they also fell apart after just a few times wearing them. I had to sew them back together where the lining inside was coming apart at the seams. I wont buy any woolrich hunting apparel ever again. Tominator
Re: Woolrich clothing problem Did the snap maybe get wet and rust? I've popped off snaps because of that. I haven't had too much Woolrich stuff, but what I do have is good stuff.
Turkeygirl
Re: Woolrich clothing problem No, the snap did not rust. I've barely worn the jacket. When looking at it again, the part of the snap still attached to the jacket is starting to come off also. This jacket is still like new so something was wrong with the snap. tedicast
Re: Woolrich clothing problem I have a bunch of Woolrich hunting clothing. Most of it is at least 10 years old. I have had no problems at all. I would email Woolrich and see what they say. If they won't pay for the shipping back to them, it will probably be cheaper to get it fixed locally, then to pay shipping though. Here is a link to the contact page for Woolrich.
