HarvDog
Doesn't sound like that amount of shots would be a problem. What type of ammo were you using?
AJ
Re: jammin\' gun It could be several different things. 1. It could have carbon buildup. Not all powders are as clean as the other. 2. You may have over oiled it. Too much lube can be as bad as too little. The oil/grease holds dirt and grime. 3. Check the condition of the rubber O-Ring. It may be decayed. Sometimes it does not take long. 4. Were you shooting reloads or factory ammo? Even if you were using factory loads, if they were the inexpensive ones, it very well could have been the ammo. I have seen that happen on many occasions. Hatsan guns are made in Turkey and are imported to North America by Legacy Sports International. AJ
Re: jammin\' gun Yes you can wear out a gun if it is used too often. Your gun should give you at least 20,000 shots. This is not to say you may not have other minor parts wear or break that need replacing, well before that.

AJ
Re: jammin\' gun [ QUOTE ] for the semi-auto you need to keep the every thing lubricated [/ QUOTE ] It depends on the gun. Some guns like the Rem like just a little lubrication. They will shoot better dry than wet.

I found out many years ago with my Rems while duck hunting in very nasty weather to leave them almost dry in the actions, and they performed great too_
