I have a client who is a certified cleet instructor and I'm trying to get 5 guys/gals interested in a class. She just does it in her home and after we take the written test we go to a local gun range to shoot. I think I have 3 already so we have room for 2 more. I don't know the exact cost yet but it should be really reasonable as she just does it for fun. After you pass the class all you have to do is go to your counties Sheriff's Dep't and have a background check/fingerprint to get the permit.
