CamoGuy
I just got a new Whisker Biscuit QS for carbon arrows. When reading the back of the package it said that it was best to use "open on impact" broadheads with the Whisker Biscuit. Any idea why? The broadhead doesn't pass thru the rest so why does it matter if I used fixed blade or folding blade broadheads?
Guest kunegos
Re: Whisker Biscuit Question You've got me. I shoot 3 blade Muzzys with mine and have no problems out to 40 yards.
hutchies
Re: Whisker Biscuit Question It will work fine with fixed or expandables.

MCH
Re: Whisker Biscuit Question When loading the older Biscuit, Carolina Archery Products recommended pushing the broadhead through the back of the Biscuit to load. You had to be very careful when doing this with a expandable because it could possibly open the broadhead. Now with the new Quickshot, you don't have that problem. So what they're saying is basically, you can use the old Biscuit if you want to, but if you're planning on shooting expandables they recommend the QuickShot version. Hope that helps. AaronS
Re: Whisker Biscuit Question I always nocked my arrow by running the nock/vanes backwards through the biscuit, but I can see where that would be a problem with feathers.
