CDubWSR
I just bought a used 3d target for $30 and it has been shot quite a bit, but deffinently has quite a few shots left in it. I was wondering if anybody has ever tried to instead of buying a new replacement midsection, tried cutting out a square section of the midsection and replacing it with a small block type target or maybe even a burlap sack stuffed with something??? Adjam5
Re: Custom 3d target fabrication??? What works well to stop arrows out of older targets is plastic bags. You know the kind you get from wal mart or wherever. Stuff those bags in the weak spot of the target. It should give enough resistance to keep the arrows from passing thru. I have a black hole target that is stuffed with those bags and I have no pass thrus. Myself and my 3 sons all shoot bows, so our targets wear out pretty fast. I found this to help with making them last. Good luck.
