I grew up being in love with John Schneider (Bo) and Sean W. Scott just doesn't cut it for me. And what's with Burt Reynolds playing Boss Hogg??? That just "ain't " right. Had they made it like the tv show and not filthy...then I'd consider taking my kids. But they are gonna have to grow up before they see this one. And that's a shame. I think they missed by a mile on all the Dukes except I loved Willie Nelson as Uncle Jesse. The only thing that makes this a Dukes of Hazzard movie was The General Lee..........just got my hands on a '69 Charger and she's getting the remodeling job. But HOLY COW! "Friends" is racier than "Dukes of Hazard" and I bet your kids have seen that. In fact MOST sit coms are racier. School yard talk is way worse. Some of you need to lighten up a little. On second thought, lighten up a lot. If you think this is bad wait til you catch your kids watching "American Pie". I bet they've seen that to. I do agree with the casting. I was excited to hear that they were remaking it but I've heard that it's nothing like the original and that it wasn't really THAT good at all.
