VtBowhunter
I just got finished watching MB13 and the team archery shoot they did. What do you say.....you, me and a couple other folks here head to Georgia next year and crash the party and show them what real shooters can do. Tony
Re: Tony yep i do believe we could smoke them boys pretty good.. but that Tbone can shoot now.. that boy has serious game.. im sure we can put a good 4 man team to gether and whip up on em pretty good... but will they actually put us on the show if they get beat ? i dont know that footage might end up on the editing floor.. VtBowhunter
Re: Tony We're so good they wouldn't be able to edit it........they'ld only have scenes of the other teams crying for no apparent good reason, LMAO. I think we need to start interviewing perspective team mates. Scott, be sure to let David, Michael, and Bill know they have officially been challenged. Tony
Re: Tony i can think of a few others right off the bat . Okbwhtr , MCH , hangunnr , Billkay, huntin'sonovagun all of these guys can really shoot 3D well... and would be a good addition to our Forums Team . too bad it wont happen though , i think price in getting us there would be the big thing ... but it is nice to wish sometimes... MCH
Re: Tony Thanks for the name drop, Tony... I don't know. The idea has a lot of merit. They're starting to run out of ideas for the shoot. Last year they brought in some extra pro staff to make it exciting. VT's idea would double as exposure for the forum. Maybe the story line could be ol' Foxworthy puts together his own "pro" staff to battle T-Bone and the Realtree Gang. We could wear overalls and Bubba teeth. And after we "spank" 'em, he could admit that he found us on Bill's own website.... We could at least dream..but I'd be in for sure.... I averaged around the top 75-80% of classes Open B and Hunter at the ASA Pro-Ams. I only shoot pins now. But if it's in Columbus, GA I'm 4.5 hours away. So, whatever. hutchies
Re: Tony Thanks J.B. but I am an average shooter. I just enjoy sticking the bag a few times a week and I definitly use a rangefinder at 3d or hunting. If it weren't for the guys in my group at the get together helping me out so much there is no telling how bad I would have shot. I do however have confidence in the way Tony and MCH fling an arrow. I stood next to both of them at Dale's house and shot. They were nailing it like nothing at 47 yards. As for bad shooting everyone has off days. Some days I walk out after a long day to shoot a few arrows from 45-50 yards and they are all over the place. Doesn't matter to me cause I won't be shooting at a deer beyond 30 yards anyway. Guest RoadTrippin
Re: Tony We have actually explored TONS of options for Monster Bucks this year... This is surely one of the most creative ideas that we have heard for the archery tournament, however, we may go a totally different direction all together with Monster Bucks... You will all just have to check it out to see, I'm not letting the cat out of the bag yet...even though I would like to see you guys spank Bill, David, Michael, and try and beat T-Bone... He's a machine, he shot the celebrity shoot at the ASA Champ. in Columbus a couple of weeks ago. He sighted in his bow that morning at the office and I only heard of 2 pros that beat him the whole weekend... He's an animal. Thank you guys for the input, because we do check in on the forums to get the temperature of what our audience is looking for..
