MCH
Re: New arrow rest. What next? I'm guessing magnets, too. Wonder what repels and attracts carbon???
VTbowman
Re: New arrow rest. What next? if its magnets then your gonna have to use steel somehow.. I am wondering how they got alums to work since its no more attracted to a magnet then carbon... (???) Ok I just went back and read it. You have to attach a magnet to your arrow and then it uses reverse poles repulsion to get it to hoover.
Leo
Re: New arrow rest. What next? It appears their broadheads have an extra long shank behind the blades. I would assume this is to prevent them being sucked down onto the magnet. Requiring new inserts on every arrow is gonna hurt the appeal of this rest for many people. mainebuck
Re: New arrow rest. What next? read the FAQ's on the site. explains all about it. you need to use their broadheads or inserts which are magnetic and of a specific shape/size. they'r eworking on an adapter that can fit behind your own broadheads. looks pretty cool. Guest tyshe17
Re: New arrow rest. What next? if you drop your bow arm right after the shot dont you have a chance to hit the tail end of the arrow and throw everything off? Granted this would be really bad form, but sometimes bad form happens especially when shooting at weird hunting contortions. This is a big advantage of dropaways
