Optics are great, lifetime warranty and for some reason the 3200 gives me more confidence. That being said I have no plans on replacing my Simmons any time soon but when I do it will be with a 3200. Personally if I were going to spend that kind of money on a scope....I'd save a few more $ and get a Nikon Monarch. With that said...from the two you mentioned...I would buy the Elite 3200 over the Atec. Both would do a reasonably good job...I would just prefer the Bushnell over a Simmons. I haven't used a good simmons, the one I have is a low quality very inexpensive model but the difference is night and day. In fact the simmons I have is pretty much just junk in comparison. I bought them both around the same time for two separate guns so I was able to do some serious comparisons. I also have several of the Simmons scopes and believe the 3200 is superior.
