AaronS
Re: A Little Help Please.... I wish I had Photoshop or something where I could draw on pictures. I like the areas you have circled, they look really good. I'd also check out the sign in the area below and right of your top circle in from the corner of the field. Also, check the woods in from the lower right hand corner of that same field. It looks like the area between your two circles may be a stand of pines. You can see a difference in color there. People don't think about it as much, but edges exist inside the woods too and deer may follow the edge of a stand of pines. I don't see any deep ditches or creeks on the property, or I'd suggest walking them to find crossings where deer are funneled.

Tominator
Re: A Little Help Please.... The only thing that pops up to me is that little finger of woods up in the northwest corner of the pic. I have a buddy that hunts a finger like that. He sees deer all the time in there. The deer use it as a staging area before heading out to feed.
ruttinbuc
Re: A Little Help Please.... It depends on the wind and where the deer bed. I like that finger of woods and the inside corner opposite myself. Looks like some serious drainage or ravine in the wooded area. I 'd give those a look too. Downwind of crossings. Lookin' to expand my stand locations.....
maddhunter
Re: A Little Help Please.... The only other spot I would try is the bottle neck at the end of the lower feild where I have circled in blue. Looks like a good sight for a mineral lick. [/ QUOTE ] maddhunter, There is an awesome logging trail that comes out to that bottleneck.... That's on the side I've been hunting for a few years now.... I always find myself near that spot.... I have to be careful though, not to get on that field as the neighbor hunts that 20acre field during gun season.....
