AvonLKHunter
I am looking at putting in a fall plot here in Ohio and I am wondering what is the best equipment to use. I have a ATV that I would like to use and also have a Ford 8n. Would like to use the 4-wheeler if possible because of location of plot. Ground was very hard last week because of lack of rain. Looking for something that is not going to cost me a fortune. Any info would be great, also any info on used equipment. Thanks JIM
Tominator
Re: Looking for some advice on Food Plot equipment?? I think we talked about this last year Jim? I wish the timing were different, I'd hook up my Kubota and tiller and we could go to town. I start school next Thursday, so I only have a little time left. I have a 9' disc you're welcome to borrow if you have a trailer. I think the 8 could pull it if you have light soil.
wtnhunt
Re: Looking for some advice on Food Plot equipment?? Would find some used equipment for the tractor before I would buy something for the 4 wheeler. The 4 wheeler implements are just not as heavy and going to do as well as heavier farm equipment with a tractor would. If you are just set on using the 4 wheeler, I think northerntools.com has some different 4 wheeler equipment from agrifab and others, you may want to check there.
