VtBowhunter Posted August 22, 2005 Report Share Posted August 22, 2005 A week, or so, ago I posted a photo of my new house.......well the closing date was set for Sept. 13, then it got bumped up to Aug 31........well I got a call today, and they want to close the day after tomorrow . MCH Posted August 22, 2005 Report Share Posted August 22, 2005 Re: Closing sooner then I thought They're not that bad....in Oklahoma you would only have to sign: Preliminary Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Good Faith Estimate, Credit Score Disclosure, Right to Copy of Appraisal, Servicing Disclosure, Promissory Note, Mortgage, Settlement Statement(3 copies), Final Disclosure....and there's more but my fingers are tired from typing...
