Shutter
I'm trying to finish up the venison in the freezer. I figured meatloaf would be a good way to use it up, but not sure how good it would work out. Anyone here have any success making venison meatloaf? HuntingInMaine
Re: Venison Meatloaf ->anyone have experience with it? I have made it a few times and it has always turned out great....I just replace the hamburger in a recipe with venison...you can add a little burger to it if you want, but I don't and it stays together well. Guest Andrea
Re: Venison Meatloaf ->anyone have experience with it? I always make mine with venison. I mix in an egg, and breadcrumbs. That's the glue that holds it together. And if you like tomatoes...you can mix in a half a can of diced tomatoes too. Dee-lish!!!
Snipe
Re: Venison Meatloaf ->anyone have experience with it? Thats funny you posted this...I just put one in the Toaster Oven about 20 min. ago.... You can make it the same way as if you were using ground beef... I like using Rotel Tomato Sauce with Green Chilies...Gives it a bit of Zip.....
