VtBowhunter
Re: deer fields that would all depend on the region or state that you live in. Here in Vermont the deer love the mast crops.......acorns and apples seem to be their favorite natural mast, but they also go nuts for clover fields. ksdeerhunter03
Re: deer fields Alfalfa, Corn, Milo, Soybeans, Wheat, etc... Kansas has too many choices, but late season, alfalfa is #1 by far....
FSU_Seminole
Re: deer fields [ QUOTE ] what kind of field or food do deer like the most? [/ QUOTE ] Here in SC in the summer & early fall deer are wearing the soybeans out. Once it starts to get cooler & it finally gets cold they're hitting corn, wheat & oats pretty hard. Asking what deer like to eat the most is a trick question. Deer also like watermelons, apples, peanuts, black berries, pears & honey suckle. If I hunted ND I'd defenitely be hunting around a corn, alfalfa or sugar beet field.
