redbeard
Breast out the bird If it's a good 20 lb'er, half of his breast should feed four. Cube/strip the meat up Liberally lubricate the bottom of a large skillet with butter Liberally cover the bottom of a large skillet with Chef Paul Prudomes Poultry Magic. Place cubed turkey in bottom of pan Liberally cover again with Poultry Magic. Let it feed on those spices for say an hour. (if you are inside) If you're outside in the wilds, skip this step Fire that pan up with medium/high heat and toss when needed. Brown on both sides and if you like a little heat in your spice, dash with Lawry's Hot and Spicy Seasoning Salt on each toss. Keep your pan juicy with butter, don't be afraid to add more butter during the process. Don't take long to cook turkey. Slow the heat down, toss, pile up, retoss, repile up while a package of Lipton Canjun Rice is cooking. When the rice is done, place it in dish and pile turkey on top. Then fire that pan up to med/high heat and make you some gravy. You can use flour, water, milk but I just throw some mo butter in it and get some fine drippings. I pour those drippings all over the rice and turkey. Ain't a dry cube in the house.
