Re: Hunting goals this season

1. Take advantage of times i can go hunting instead of skipping it cause im to tired or i would rather go to the movies

2.Try to learn as much as i can about my hunting area

3. Taking a nice buck with my bow after i pass on a few smaller ones to show that i dont have to shoot the first legal buck that comes in front of me .

My # 1 ..... goal is to have my brother shoot his first buck ever....he is 46 years old and never shot a buck...this will be his 2nd time coming up to deer hunt with me.....he has gotten a couple does over the years but never a buck.....it's a big joke in his house about this.....his wife even put a nail in the wall and told him thats for his deer head if he ever gets a buck...lol.....poor guy......but i have a feeling this will be his year.
