johnf
My wife just got me a moisture wicking shirt from wally world. It's 100% poly and fells kind of silky. It says it'll keep me warm in the cold and cool in the heat. Has anyone used this stuff? Does it really work?
wtnhunt
Re: Moisture wicking clothes Dont know, got a new shirt for bowhunting this year that is supposed to wick away moisture. Feels pretty cool wearing it around the house, but have not worn it in the field yet.
HarvDog
Re: Moisture wicking clothes I picked up a mesh and cotton style of the Starter versions of these and they seem to work fairly well.

[/ QUOTE ] I checked three Walmarts in my area and none of them carry this. We might need to have "someone" pick a bunch up and ship them out. Bow Hunter Derek
Re: Moisture wicking clothes I've got Under Armor Cold Gear and Loose Gear shirts. I love them. They wick the mosture away from your skin and keep a dry barrier between you and your outer garments. The Loose Gear is nice all by itself on hot days. It pulls the sweat away, but does not become soaked like a cotten shirt. It kind of regulates the evaporation and keeps you cool.
