Guest kyhunter1
My girlfriend and I have been looking for her the right bow, because the one she has is a cheap one and not to mention very old and outdated. We would like to purchase a bow that is just right for her as far as the draw weight goes. She needs a bow that shoots consistantly at 40-50lbs. The only catch is, we dont want to have to sink a whole lot of cash into it. We thought of purchasing a youth bow but didnt know if it would be the right size. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Brandon
VTbowman
Re: The right bow! Mathews Genisis is a bow made for ages 8 to Adult with a floating draw length. Check them out and see if its what your talking about. Other then that just about any company out there has lower poundage youth bows in that range. dogdoc
Re: The right bow! take a trip to a pro-shop. PSE makes some pretty good youth bows that are very affordable as well as other companies. todd

VtBowhunter
Re: The right bow! Those PSE Novas have been around for quite some time, so they must be good. Check around with different companies.....many of them have started making bows with women in mind.......I know Hoyt does, but don't remember the bow type.....mathews makes the mustang for women, and I know Renegade has the ability to make any bow that they make fit a woman. Guest kyhunter1
Re: The right bow! I checked the mustang and the reflex bows. Both soundlike really good bows. The reflex I found come fully setup and has a drw.wgt of 45lbs. and was in a pretty good price range. She says she wants one, I told her to just give me her credit card and Id order it right away!
