horst
My kids have 3 Guinea pigs.At least they did last night when I went to bed. This morning they had 5 of them when i woke up I thought they were all males, I dont know anything about them and cant even tell which ones the mother. For some reason the babys arrival seems to have caused the other 3 to lose there minds, theyre running around, going nuts, fighting, .It chaos in here.Anyone know how to tell a male from a female on these things or anything about what to do with the little ones, i seperated them and put the one i thought was the mom in with them but its more of a 1 outta 3 guesse than anything

MCH
Re: Help Use the old housefly trick. Place a phone receiver on one end of the cage and a remote on the other end. The guinea pigs that go to the phone are female and the ones that go to the remote are male....

horst
Re: Help Ok , i found a website with extreme closeups of the, umm, well you know.based on those I picked different mommy out then the one I had in there She immediately let them crawl under her and start drinking so Im guessing its the right one this time or I have a very confused male in with them Anyway, theyre seperated now from the males and I think I might already have found a home for the brown one.
