This is to help them help the people affected by Hurricane Katrina. Remeber, this is a TAX FREE donation. Also, on a side note, the Red Cross does ALOT more than just disaster relief. I hope everyone can take the time to do what they can to help with the hurricane relief effort. If you cannot donate on-line...you can go to your nearest Red-Cross center in your hometown and do so. Here in my hometown we are actually sheltering hundreds of evacuees that cannot return home. Our church has about 400 people in the gymnasium right now. Thankfully we have a full-service kitchen there to provide meals with. These poor people have NO homes to go back to. No jobs. Nothing. They need anything we can donate. Nothing's too small. I konw its gotta be rough but you gotta understadn the ppl here do care about whats happening down there a lot of ppl dont know how to react to this sorta thing we have never ever had this sort of thing happen in this magnatude before.
