GWSmith
Re: Realtree forums v.s. Mossy Oak [ QUOTE ] I love Realtree and enjoy being on this website........ but man, can we sometimes be critical and judgemental of others and their companies. I honestly, in my own opinion, believe that if we are not going to be allowed to make crack comments about Matthews and PSE and Hoyt and all of these other companies in other parts of this forum, that these type things ought not be allowed either. I personally have come in contact with Toxy Haas from Mossy Oak and know that he is a good guy that does a lot of good for the community. Mossy Oak is a good company with a lot of good people working for them, just like Realtree. Sorry for the vent. [/ QUOTE ] Look up the definition of Jugis Veritas in a latin dictionary....Never be sorry for the TRUTH
The_Kat
Re: Realtree forums v.s. Mossy Oak I am a member of Mossy Oaks new forum. It's very young right now, but the people over there now are super nice. You all should check it out. But I tend to agree, there is no place like this one. billygoat
Re: Realtree forums v.s. Mossy Oak There's no place like home,.. there's no place like home..... there's no place like home! ... [as Billygoat wake's up from his stupor] Ohhhh papa Griz! It was terrible, the city was huge... and everyone had on mossy oak camo... and there were no animals around! And Ryan was there... he was tin man (if he only had a brain)... and Luke was there too! (Scarecrow), and Nick was there too (the lion)... and it get's worse, there was the wicked moderator, he was from the city to the north, and was really mean... Buckee... buckee was his name, and HE OWNED STOCK in mossy oak!!!! Oh, it was real... I know it was real!

ruttinbuc
Re: Realtree forums v.s. Mossy Oak This should not even be an issue. Mossy Oak has been around for a long time. Because they didn't have a presence on the internet in the form of a forum does not take away from their first class operation. Their video productions and camo patterns are top of the line right there with the best of them......... How many shows do you watch and enjoy that are produced by those at Mossy Oak compared to the others, including Realtree?........ How many operations of their caliber hunt with regular people in their productions and promote hunting for what it is and should be. Give them the same amount of time on the internet as the rest and they would be right up there with them.
hutchies
Re: Realtree forums v.s. Mossy Oak I check out AT, and Okieoutdoors everyday but there is no place like home. I will join up to MO. I see nothing wrong with their camo. I have some but very little mossy oak stuff. My browning Illusion came in mossy oak but that is all that they make it in. Why is is noone ever says anything bad about the little companies like predator camoflauge?

Rhino
Re: Realtree forums v.s. Mossy Oak Well I didn't know till now that they finally started one. They actually started advertising that a forum was coming soon about 3 years ago. I used to check in to see if they had started one but my idea of soon is different than their's so I quit checking their site.
Team Realtree
Re: Realtree forums v.s. Mossy Oak Guys, if it promotes hunting, welcomes hunters, and is good clean information and discussion for our youth, there is nothing wrong with additional forums or communities. It's all about keeping our heritage alive. Support hunting as a whole and don't make things devisive. There is room for all of us on the world wide web. It must be new. I like alot of the guys that wear that camo, even make it. RT is home, but I bet they will have a good forum.
