Shark with Teriyaki/ Italian Dressing Marinade and

King Mackerel with Garlic Butter and Lemon Pepper Spice...Barbequed for 5-6 min on each side.

Both topped with sautéed Garlic, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Mushrooms.

All looks good except for that Michelob Ultra. J/K bud that stuff ain't too bad but when I feel like having a beer it is normally Killians Irish red or Good ole Bud Light.

If any of you guys ever eat at the Big Buck Brewery and Steakhouse at Bass Pro in Dallas, TX and have a DESIGNATED DRIVER you need to check out their microbrew. Come in like 16 different flavors. Everything from Guiness dark to the lightest beer. They even have a Raspberry brew. Best thing is that you can get 5- 5 ounce samplers for $5.

Thanks guy...didn't mean to make yu drool to much.

The shark was great. Both of the fish were really good.

I traded a Blackbuck doe for the fish (plus several other packages) and it was worth the trade!
