Teacher's Agendas

Teachers are human and like anyone, tend to share there opinions. The difference is that we (I am a teacher) are molding young minds. I don't spout out my opinions in class whether it be political, or religious. I think that is wrong. However, when asked I do give my point of view on whatever asked. Occationaly, when asked something very contriversal, I will answer the student or group in a more private setting, and I always make sure to tell them it is my opinion, and give reasons why I believe the things that I do. I usually tell them also why I think people believe differently and that thier opinion is up to them and not me.

I don't think this is the norm.

Most teachers that I have worked with are heavily leaning left liberals. I am not.
