Nick
Re: Anyone else seeing this yet? (pic) [ QUOTE ] You can't help but think that gas was going to break the $3.00 mark anyways (with Laborday and all), Katrina, just made for a good excuse. (at least someone's making money) [/ QUOTE ] Exactly what I said in another gasoline post. That a boy billygoat.......At least somebody listens to the brains (me) of the forums. maddhunter
Re: Anyone else seeing this yet? (pic) We had one station run out today but I believe it was do to their price. They have ran out before because they are usually the cheapest in town by $.07. Gas is right at $3.09 at most places in our area.
Guest BuckMaster058
Re: Anyone else seeing this yet? (pic) Happened here in Schuylkill County, Pa. Thursday when parents went to get gas in the vehicles. They told me they were driving around to different stations till they found one that would let them get gas. Said some said they were out of gas. And rationing would happen if prices keep going up. Now I never dealt with something like this but what I was told was they would only let you get gas on a certain day and a certain amt. of it. And the gas station near my house has tarps over their pumps. I guess they are out or I was told some of the pumps only go to a certain price. wtnhunt
Re: Anyone else seeing this yet? (pic) Have heard of a few stations running out, but have not seen it first hand. The wife and I have started car pooling 3 days a week, since we work at the same place, just have to adjust our schedules some. Really cannot afford to keep driving my 3/4 ton truck every day with it getting 12 miles to the gallon.
Guest Andrea
Re: Anyone else seeing this yet? (pic) There is absolutely NO GAS in my hometown now. NONE, NADA, ZILCH. We have about 30 stations or more here and they are all out. My truck is sitting on 3/4 of a tank. Thinking about trading this truck in for the new Honda Ridgeline but really don't want another payment since I will be paying this truck off this year. (pic) [ QUOTE ] I have been setting my cruise at 60 mph.. and Im gettin passed like there is no tomarrow!!!! Nobody has slowed down that i can see... [/ QUOTE ] I hear ya. I drive 57-60 in 55 mph zones since gas has went up and get passed by these people in their huge SUVs driving 65+. If you're gonna drive that fast in something that already gets bad mpg, don't complain about gas prices and how bad your mpg are.
