Guest kyhunter1
I am still looking to buy a bow for my girlfriend and I found a Darton bow for sale. The bow is black with Darton wrote in grey, on the limbs. Does anyone recognize this bow, do all Darton bows look this way, or does anyone know anything about them? The bow looks to be in great condition, but noone deals these bows in my area so I dont know much about them, any comments or knowledge will be appreciated. Thanks, Brandon

BowJoe
Re: Darton I would suggest buying something in one of your local pro shops that is either new or a little more modern. Unless that bow is a target bow, not having camouflage is a sign that the bow is at least 10 yrs. old. You don't want to buy something they are not familiar with because if and when something needs replaced or you want to upgrade to a higher lined bow, you want to know you can get a better deal on a trade-in or repairs. Plus nobody wants to wait for parts to come in during season. Sometimes pro shops don't carry cams or strings or other items specifically made for certain bows.
