hogwild63
My Father-in-Law bought this at a gun show and was wondering the value. 30 round feed strip of Japanese 7.7 Semi Rim. for type 92 m.g. feed strip with 30 original rounds in the original box. Note: Box has a small tear at one seam. All of box intact. Note: Rounds have been demilled. Note: Bullets have not been bulled for demill. In the box was found this letter: HEADQUARTERS 361 st Ord Maint Co (AA) APO 958 5 March 1945 CERTIFICATE I certify that the Japanese Ammunition and Clip, Insert Shells, Brass, to which this certificate is attached, is the property of Tec 5 Thurman R. Webb, 38425506, this organization. I further certify that none of the material is subject to intelligence restrictions, that the ammunition used has been Ordance Inspected and declared safe by the undersigned, and that the primary value of the articles rests in its value as a souvenir. hoyt19
Re: Souvenir??? Because of the documentation you have certifing the gun as a war souv. and you have all that paper I would think it is of great value. If I were you I would try and see if Thurman R. Webb or his family is still around
