I talk to much

As some of you know, I am a school teacher. Today was the first day of school and I spent almost every minute of it talking to students. After a couple months of being quiet my voice is out of condition and a little roughed up. I going to have to keep this up this pace for a couple more days but I'm afraid my voice will not hold up. Does anyone have any suggestions, cures or a rejuvenator for my sore throat.

Thanks in advance

Re: I talk to much

Well, Montessori said let the students teach. Maybe you're talking too much. grin.gif

j/k--I get the same thing. The biggest difference I notice in going back to work is my feet. Cramming my feet into loafers and standing all day, walking around and my poor feet feel it.

Hot tea with lemon and honey works on the voice for me BTW.

Have a good year bud.

Definitley do not listen to Jim, he must have not gone to school because he doesnt know what its like for us students in school these days....J/k, but school is alot harder these days than it was back in the day, but oh to answer your question, dont talk so much. or what the other guys said....and write on the chalk board more, that might cut down on talking...i dunno.
